Candi Cybator - Pitt Ohio
Candi Cybator, Manager of Marketing at Pitt Ohio - winner in the Professional Services category - aimed to improve customer loyalty and raise awareness of their "less-than-truckload" services with their current customers.  With their "GO SHIP WIN" campaign and creative strategy, including a drawing for 2 tickets to the Super Bowl, Pitt Ohio was able to grow first time customer use by 19.8% and new customer acquisition by 16.8% in comparison to 2008.  Join us to learn more about these tactics and superb results!

Laurie Barkman - Art Institutes
Laurie R. Barkman, Vice President, Online Marketing and Mark Lancia, Vice President, Marketing of the Art Institutes - winners in the Education category, saw the opportunity to reinvent the Art Institutes brand, market the school on a national level and enhance the current and prospective student experiences at every touch point. This creative campaign increased media efficiency by 80% and website traffic up approximately 50%, and that was only the beginning!
