WINNING CAMPAIGN #1: RDR – Best B2B Digital Marketing

The Challenge:

RDR needed to build credibility long before RFPs, shifting beyond public bids by reorganizing into nine utility-focused service areas.

The Strategy:

OMG executed a focused 3-step plan: website redesign, targeted SEO, and niche social campaigns to build authority and unlock higher-margin work.

The Execution:

A full digital overhaul: service-based site architecture, SEO for utility decision-makers, and authority-building content.

The Impact:

  • – Website traffic grew from <100 to ~13,000/month
  • Revenue increased >35%
  • Workforce doubled
  • Expanded with a second Ohio office
  • Secured higher-value contracts through stronger credibility

WINNING CAMPAIGN #2: Noble Citrus – Best B2B Integrated Campaign

The Challenge:

Noble Citrus had exceptional products but needed consumer demand to justify premium retail placement and pricing.

The Strategy:

OMG reversed the B2B model, driving consumer demand to influence buyers and retailers.

The Execution:

An integrated campaign featuring brand storytelling, in-store displays, buyer communications, and social media.

The Impact:

  • Achieved a significant share of the citrus category at Sprouts
  • Delivered strong comp growth following a record-setting year
  • Drove substantial unit and dollar growth for Autumn Honey
  • Buyer-targeted emails consistently outperformed industry benchmarks
  • Three consecutive sellout years
  • Revenue projected to double

Odato Marketing Group proves marketing can do more than support growth—it can transform businesses and build legacies.

Winner Spotlight: Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh

Congratulations to the Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh for winning Best Nonprofit Digital Marketing Campaign with “That’s Federation” and earning finalist recognition for their “Refuse to Sign” advocacy campaign!

WINNING CAMPAIGN: “That’s Federation”

The Challenge:

The Jewish Federation was a known name without a clear purpose. Community members recognized the organization but didn’t understand its measurable impact across security, education, advocacy, and Israel support.

The Strategy:

“That’s Federation” reframed organizational storytelling from programmatic to human-centered. The campaign highlighted core impact areas and ended each message with: That’s community. That’s impact. That’s Federation.

The Execution:

An eight-part email series supported by a dedicated landing page and paid social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Three paid social flights featured videos themed “Supporting,” “Strengthening,” and “Building,” with consistent visuals across all channels.

The Impact:

Social Media: 578,000+ impressions | 1,229 clicks | 0.21% CTR (above nonprofit benchmarks)

Email: 88,387 delivered | 47% open rate (vs. 35% benchmark) | 6% CTR (6,141 clicks) | Exceptional retention with only 52 unsubscribes

Web: The landing page became the #1 most-visited page on jewishpgh.org, surpassing the homepage

Cultural Impact: “That’s Federation” became organizational language used across events, social posts, and appeals. Community feedback: “energizing” and “finally clear about what Federation actually does.”

FINALIST WIN: “Refuse to Sign”

The Federation also earned finalist recognition for their bold advocacy campaign countering the Not On Our Dime referendum. The campaign’s direct messaging, striking thumbs-down visual, and diverse media strategy—blending print, transit ads, paid social, and strategic Reddit discussions—transformed passive awareness into active resistance.

The Jewish Federation proves nonprofit marketing can be both measurable and meaningful, redefining what the organization means to its community.
