Can I attend AMA events if I'm not a member?
While some AMA events are open to non-members, members enjoy significant discounts on event registration fees and exclusive access to certain events.
Can I renew early?
Yes, you can renew early. Renewing before your expiration date will simply add 12 months to your current membership. You won’t lose any months after your AMA membership renewal; your new expiration date will be extended accordingly.
Can I transfer my AMA membership from one local chapter to another?
Yes. Contact AMA Customer Service at 1-800-262-1150 or customersupport@ama.org and let them know the chapter to which you are transferring to continue using your AMA membership benefits.
